georgieAI visibility for local business

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who we are

Georgie (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates georgie.help, an AI visibility audit tool for local businesses. By using Georgie, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Georgie provides two tiers:

  • Free score — an AI visibility score (0–100) and a breakdown across six signal categories, generated automatically from publicly available data.
  • Full report (€39, one-time) — a detailed report with personalised fix files (schema.json, llms.txt, FAQ template, etc.), step-by-step guides, review request templates, and a 60-day automatic re-audit.

Scores and reports are informational. We do not guarantee specific improvements to your business's visibility or revenue as a result of following our recommendations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. — a licensed payment institution regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank. Your payment details are handled entirely by Mollie; Georgie never sees or stores them.

The full report is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

4. Refunds

Because the report is a digital product delivered on payment, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If you believe there is a technical error with your report — for example, the wrong business was audited — please contact hello@georgie.help within 7 days and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit businesses you do not own or have no right to audit
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions

6. Data sources and accuracy

Georgie pulls data from the Google Places API, your website (if available), and third-party search engines. The AI simulation uses the OpenAI API. Results reflect the state of these sources at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, and results may differ from what any specific AI engine shows a specific user.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Georgie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report.

8. Intellectual property

The Georgie name, logo, and website design are our property. Report content — scores, signal breakdowns, fix files — is generated for you and you may use it freely for your business. You may not resell or redistribute reports.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature you have not yet received, we will offer a refund for the undelivered portion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
